Little scrapers

Look at my cute little scrapbookers. They wanted to scrap with mom. How could I say no. Kirah really is a natural. I gave her my old paper cutter and she cropped the pictures perfectly and put the cutest embellishments on all by herself. Mom is so proud.Kate did a great job too. She used almost a whole glue stick on one sheet of paper. It's not like me to not be so uptight. We had fun!

Hello Kitty?

I heard Katelyn down in the playroom one day and snuck down to see what she was doing. She was looking for her Hello Kitty and Hello Kitty bag. She had to pull everything out and climb into the bucket. Do you think she found it? No. That's when I went through the toys and made a trip to the D.I. I thought Kate looked so cute in bucket and after she got in, she just sat there and started to sing. When she sings it sounds like whining but I keep picturing her on American Idol in 15 years.

Easter

Easter was so much fun this year. Rob went to California for the NCAA tournament games. Yes I was jealous because he's not a BYU fan and he got to watch them play and the utes didn't make it this year :)! So he got back Sunday morning. I took the girls to the mall to get pictures with the Easter bunny. On Saturday, my mom, Trevor and I took all the cousins on my side except Kanyon to South Jordan Park for an Easter egg hunt. Then we came back to my house and had another hunt. It was fun. The girls colored eggs and had so much fun getting all dressed up and beautiful in their Easter dresses.

The Happiest Place on Earth!

Disneyland is one of our favorite trips we look forward to. The girls are at such a fun age with their favorite characters and favorite rides. Cruela DeVil told Kirah to let her know if she found the puppies and Kirah told me later she only told her that she would so that Cruela wouldn't yell at her. It was so funny. Katelyn was a little shocked to see that she is most like Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. We probably rode the teacups 10 times. The girls got their faces painted at the Princess Fantasy Faire and felt so gorgeous. We will be going in October if anyone wants to plan ahead and come with us. The more the merrier!

Maui Baby

We were spoiled last year. We got to spend two weeks in Hawaii. We went to Kauai for a week and then to Maui. My aunts, uncles and cousins all came with us for a total of 17 people. You would think that's crazy. I'm not going to lie-it was a little crazy-but it really went pretty smooth. I would do it again for sure. These pictures are in the Garden of Eden. Really they don't do Maui any justice. We hope to be going back to the islands again as soon as we can. $$$$$

Beach Bums

We had so much fun on our vacation to Hawaii. The girls loved it and we all loved having Shaughnessy with us. We tried everything from snorkeling to surfing (the girls did great :) to the hula to eating shave ice and even jumping off waterfalls. We love beautiful Kauai!
