Disneyland

Another trip to Disneyland. We can't get enough.
We went to Phoenix to see the house we put an
offer on and to see Mike and Meg. Of course I forgot
to get the camera out at their house again. We had
alot of fun with them. Thanks Mike and Meg for feeding
us and letting us crash with you and taking the girls
to the park when I crashed on your couch in the middle
of the day. Let me tell ya, It's easier to drive when the
kids are sleeping at night but it sure catches up to ya the
next day. I don't think I'll ever get used to the drive but
Disneyland was worth it for sure. Thanks too, to Andy
and Jenae for feeding us dinner on our way home in Vegas.
It was really yummy and so good to see you guys and let
the kids play.

What cute girls!!! Here we are eating at The
Orleans Cafe. Kymbree loves to feel likes she's
as big as her sisters.

We love to visit Mickey Mouse in his house.

Kymbree and Mom on the Zephyr's in California

Adventure. She loved all of the rides. If they were
moving she was smiling and dancing on her little
bum but if they stopped she was yelling for them
to go. It was so cute.

Here we are watching the High School Musical
parade. They both got to go dance with the kids
but of course Katelyn had to go to the bathroom
while it was Kirah's turn and then my camera
card was full when it was Kate's turn. This picture
was after I deleted picture so that I could take this
one of Kate feeling so special that she got to go dance
with the high school kids.

What cute girls! They had so much fun together
this trip. They went on lots of rides together instead
of splitting up mom and dad. I love their personalities.
So cute and soooo different.

Kirah wanted to take pictures of us all of the time.
She did a great job! Now if we could just get Kate to
cooperate. How would that be?

You can now go into Sleeping Beauty's
Castle! Here the girls are in side in one
of the corridors. This was one of Kate's
favorite things to do. It is really cool!

Why won't the sword in the stone come out?!

In California Adventure, there's this place called
the Animation Academy where they teach you how to
draw Disney characters. It's great for any age and we
loved it so much we went back 4 times. Kirah is quite
the little artist! Katelyn's not bad herself.
Gotta love how Disneyland just wipes the kids out!

Happy Anniversary! Nine Years!!!

So we are going to be out of town for our anniversary on Tuesday so I'm posting this now. Rob and I have been married for nine years! And it seems like...just kidding. It's been amazing! Rob is no help with what to say on this post. It's not G rated so I won't put what he has to say. We've accomplished alot together and we are very blessed to have eachother. I love you babe! Happy Anniversary!

Our engagement picture.

He's still in the palm of my hand.

Dress up!

So I've been cleaning everything out since we are moving.
I found my wedding dress and of course tried it on. It fits!
Yay! It's just a little outdated but whatever. So the girls
wanted to try it on. They looked so cute and had alot of fun.

Fun Valentine's Hair

I love to find new ways to do the girls hair. Today they
have hearts and curls.

Emergency Room

So Rob was watching the kids yesterday while I was running some errands. I was gone maybe 20 minutes when he called me freaking out (to put it lightly). He didn't tell me what was going on because I was too far away to come home quick enough. What happened was Rob was fixing a hole in the wall in the basement and put a standing fan up to dry the wall. He went down to check on the wall after I left and he had Kymbree in his arms. Well as you know how curious 7 month olds are, she lunged for the fan and Rob wasn't able to pull her away in time. Her finger went right through the grates. Rob only heard a thump and knew that she would be in pain so he held her close. He didn't know that it had almost severed her finger until he was up the stairs and pulled her back to look at her and there was blood everywhere. He was trying to keep her from grabbing her finger with her other hand and trying to call a neighbor at the same time. He finally got ahold of our friend Emily to come and drive him to the instacare-meanwhile the other kids are traumatized and I'm trying to call him back wondering what the heck was going on. Emily got there and was very calm and got everyone loaded in the car and then called me because in the chaos-Rob lost his phone. She told me she had my family and was taking them to the instacare. So I was hurrying to get to them. When Rob walked into Instacare, they didn't even get his name or anything they just sent him back-he found out later that it was because he had blood all over his face and clothes. They looked at her finger and told Rob that he would have to take Kymbree up to Primary's because she might have to have surgery. So I met them along the way and thank goodness for Emily-she took the older girls for me until my mom got off work. We rushed up to Primary's only to wait 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room because "she wasn't top priority". When we finally got back to a room, they took x-rays and after another 4 hours they finally were able to clean it up and stitch her finger back together. They had to partially sedate her to do it. She broke the tip of her bone all the way through and her finger was 3/4 they way off. It was horrible. Thank goodness Grandpa LeRoy was there to give sweet little Kymbree a blessing and then she was able fall asleep for about 1/2 an hour. They say her nail will fall off and it may or may not grow back. She has to be in a splint for the next week and then we have to take her back up to the Orthopedic surgeon in 3 weeks for them to check the bone. She did pretty well considering everything. My poor sweet baby! I felt so bad for Rob. He felt horrible and he was having a hard time composing himself all day. So we left the ER after being there for 7 1/2 hours at 10:30 and then we went to get the two older girls and we finally got home at 11:00. Kymbree didn't like the aftereffects of the medicine and had a hard time sleeping. She finally went to sleep around 2 and woke up again around 4 and then again at 7. But today she is relatively happy. The only curse/blessing is that she's a thumb sucker and they had to wrap her whole hand so she isn't able to put herself to sleep anymore. All in all it was a crazy day but she is doing fine and just as sweet as can be. Thank you sooooo much Emily for taking Rob and then taking the girls and taking their minds off Kymbree by making cookies with them. You are such an amazing friend. We love you!!!!

January Activities

So here are all of our January activities. I know I've been a terrible blogger but hopefully I will get better at it. I post alot when I do but hey, It's the only scrapbooking that gets done lately.

Boys will be boys!

So Rob has decided to be in two rec. leagues this
year-one with the guys from work and one with
his friends. It's just too bad he's not feeling as
young as he once did. The girls and I have fun
going to his games and watching them play.

Career Day at school

So Kirah told me it was career day at school and she told me what she wanted to be. Can you guess what she wants to be? She told me she wants to be a mom. So I thought we better tell her all the cool careers that there are. We went through so many things and then asked her what she wanted to be and she said she only wants to be a mom. I guess that is a huge compliment for me. I didn't have any idea how to dress her up as a mom. I thought about my clothes but changed my mind when I thought about her and all the other kids tripping on them. Then we settled on my baby carrier with one of her dolls in it. She said the kids all laughed at her when they saw her and she loved the attention. She is so cute and has such an adorable personality. I love you Kirah! You'll be a great mom in 25 years :) !

Hair cuts! AHHHH!

The girls have been wanting their hair cut. So I
gave in and let them. We took 7 inches off each!
I think it looks cute but I miss their long hair.
That might be the only haircut they ever get. I
told Kirah that we needed to get the glue out and
put her hair back on because I was missing it. Look
at that pile of hair. Grandma Debbie did a great job.

Visiting Baby Jayden

My sister Melissa had her sweet little baby boy on the 14th.
The girls had so much fun holding Jayden and giving Aunt
Melissa loves. They have been waiting so long for baby Jayden
to get here. Congrats Meliss! We love you!

Shootin' up Osama Bin Laddin

Rob has a friend at work that's brother in law owns a shooting
range and Rob has been wanting me to learn how to shoot his
gun in case I ever need to. So we went shooting. It was cool, crazy
and a little unnerving, especially when they put the fully automatic
machine guns into my hands and told me to shoot. Scott thought it
was pretty funny after I unloaded a whole round and he asked what
I thought and I told him, "No one should have that much power!"
Seriously though, I really don't understand the fascination with
guns. I think it's great to know how to shoot them if you need them
but I would rather not. But it was fun though and I wasn't bad!

Here's my sexy man shootin' terrorists.

Clark Planetarium

Rob and I love to find fun things to do around the city. We
decided at go to the Clark Planetarium. Here the girls are
"feeding the black hole" with money.

Kirah is doing the weather in Salt Lake City and Katelyn thinks
she is doing the weather in Florida where Uncle Trevor lives.
They are so cute!
