St. Patrick's Day

I've always really liked St. Patrick's Day. When I was a teenager, I used to wear green mascara and dress up in green and wear green troll earrings. It was fun. I don't do that anymore. I like to get my kids involved though. I don't know much about St. Patrick's Day traditions but here's one we started. A little leprachaun snuck into our house last night and must have been looking for gold in our fridge because this morning our milk was green. So our french toast turned green and our milk was green. We talked about what we can do about that next year. We are going to set a trap. Katelyn said we need to get "Big Ol nets" and Kirah said we need to use boxes and move the couches. We will have to get creative. Tonight for dinner we are having corned beef and cabbage. I really do like that once a year. I would love to know your traditions and ideas so please leave a comment and let me know what you do to celebrate. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

The girls look sooo cute. We just made sure all the kids were in green and did the corn beef and cabbage. I like your leprechaun story. That is great. We love you guys.
