Summer Fun
We had alot of fun this summer. We went to Park City with our friends the Attridges and we hung out at the pool and Julie and Jenae and I went to see Mama Mia. I was fabulous. The guys all went golfing and the kids did what they do best-play,play,play. Trevor taught Kirah how to play the computer game WOW and even taught her how to trash talk the other online players. I don't know what I think about that. We visited Grandma Juddy, went to the County Fair, took swimming lessons and just hung out at home. We also went to our favorite hang out-Lifetime-the gym and worked out and went swimming ALOT! We love summertime and are not ready for it to be over. It's 65 degrees today for the high. Yuck!
First day of school

My little girls are so cute. They both started school on August 5th. Kirah is in Kindergarten (I know...I'm getting old) and Katelyn is in preschool. Kirah was so excited to go to school and feel big and learn to read. As I was getting them ready for school, I kept pretending to cry and I would say "My baby is going to school!" and Kirah said, "I'm not a baby, you're a baby Mom!" When we dropped her off at school, she got out of the car, gave us a hug and walked to the playground to play until the bell rang. It was a little bittersweet. I'm so happy that she didn't cry and get anxious but then it felt alittle like I was losing her to the world. I am so proud of her. She comes home with a new book to pass off every night! I tell ya! I don't know how any mom keeps up with the backpack full of paperwork everyday! Now Katelyn on the other hand was so excited to go to school until we got there. She held onto my legs and didn't want to go by herself. But her teachers were so good and they gave her loves and now she wants to go in all by herself to show what a big girl she is. She comes home so happy and singing all the time. Her teachers said she is the loudest singer in the class. These girls are my world. I wouldn't trade them for anything. They make me so happy and proud to be their mom.
Computer Problems
Okay! Okay! I know it has almost been 2 months since I updated my blog but we had major problems with our computer. I won't bore anyone with the details. So I started reading like crazy. I love it. If anyone wants to read some really good murder mystery suspense books. Check out the author Harlan Coben. I've read five of his books this year. They are Tell No One, Just One Look, Promise Me, Hold Tight and The Woods. I'm also starting the third book in the Twilight series. I've never been a reader but I am now addicted so if you have any suggestions on good books, let me know. Now I just need to get this blog updated so I can get Megan off my back! : )

4th of July

The 4th of July is always fun for our family. I usually take the girls to a parade and then we do fireworks either at our house or we go see them. Rob is usually working but he got this year off only because we just had Kymbree. We went to the West Jordan parade and then to Grandma Parramore's to swim. Mike and Megan were in from Arizona and we barbequed at our house and the girls threw 'Pop It's' on the ground and had fun playing together. Then we went to the Riverton fireworks with Mike and Megan and Max and Jeanie. We had a very packed fun filled day!
