Easter 2010

We have so much fun on Easter. We get to color Easter Eggs, have Easter Egg hunts and get new Easter dresses for church! What a great holiday and its the perfect reminder to teach the girls why we celebrate Easter. We are so grateful for our Savior and His resurrection.

Freezing!!!! at the Riverton City Easter Egg hunt. Sooo much fun but oh so cold!
Kirah and Kymbree at the hunt with their cute Easter basket their talented Grandma Debbie made them.
Easter morning with new outfits on and ready to go to church. Cute kids! I wonder how much longer the Easter bunny and mom can get away with matching outfits.

St. Patricks Day 2010

Our kids really love all of the holidays. Kirah made a leprechaun trap in the living room and while the leprechaun visited, he turned our milk and eggs green. We didn't catch him, he was too sneaky for us but we sure enjoyed the day.

Kirah's trap.
After the leprechaun came. What a messy little man.

Katelyn, Katelyn, Katelyn

Katelyn has been busy too. She graduated from Preschool and she took dance this year. She has loved dancing. And we have really enjoyed watching her. She is such a natural and beautiful dancer.

Can you say, "Fashion faux paux"? I let Rob get Katelyn ready for her graduation. This is how he dressed her. "REALLY ROB!!!!" This only reflects poorly on me as a mother. I was busy doing something with Kirah's class that morning and Rob dropped Katelyn off at school. When we got there later, this is what I saw. He said, "That's what she wanted to wear. Get over it!" Can you just see the dirty look he got?

Kirah, Kirah, Kirah

Kirah has been very busy this year with school, dance, her birthday, loosing teeth and performing at her school talent show. The list goes on and on.

Kirah at her end of the year Field Trip to Thanksgiving Point. Yes that is me up on the stage being a tree.

Mrs. Davis giving Kirah her Distinguished Dolphin Award.

The 1st graders put on a program for their grandparents and Grandma Debbie, Grandpa John and Grandpa LeRoy came. It really made her feel special. Anytime Kirah performs she asks me who is coming to watch her. It is important for our little Kirah to be seen. And its just a good thing she's so cute!

Here she is with her company dance team in St. George for competiotion in March. Her team along with her whole dance studio, took first in every dance they performed. It was really fun to watch her. We were very proud of her.

Toothless Kirah took a minute to pose in her Lyrical costume for me. She is such a beautiful dancer.

Waiting to perform.

Performing her Jazz dance to Cruella Devil. I missed it, Kirah just stepped off the back of Sadie who is getting up off the floor. She is supposed to be doing that. I loved this dance!

Update!

I finally updated our blog. It's been 5 months. I hope you enjoy what's been going on in our lives.

Christmas Eve and morning

I like to get lots of pictures around Christmas time. The girls are in front of the tree in our front room in our new jammies.

Santa came on Christmas morning. Look at all that stuff!

The girls couldn't wait to see if Santa came.

Kirah's favorite present was her IPod. She loves it!!!

Katelyn loves her IPod too!

All of our Christmas presents!

Rob's Christmas!

Christmas

More Christmas activities. Dave came over to celebrate Rob's birthday.

Kymbree loves her Kai-Lan doll from Deyton.

The girls in their new jammies.

On Christmas Eve we go to Rob's work and the girls see Santa flying across the radar and they get to call his sleigh and talk to him. It is so much fun. This year Deyton and Trevor got to come with us.

Deyton was alittle shy.

Trevor went with us to Temple Square to see the lights while he was in town from Florida for the holidays.

Doesn't the temple look beautiful at night with the Christmas lights on?

Our little family.

Sledding at the elementary. It was so much fun. Kymbree didn't last long though. She couldn't put her arms down with her coat on.

Deyton said "Group hug!!"

All of the cousins except Kaden and Jayden with their Christmas presents from eachother.
